Instead of searching or asking around, users can query the AI and receive context-aware answers supported by the underlying project and asset data.
Building Knowledge Packs (Setup App)
Super Users and Administrators can create Knowledge Packs tailored to their organization’s needs.
- Add Documents, Activities & Workflows, and Custom defined dataset directly from Omega 365.
- Combine data into a meaningful package, with support from Omega consultants where needed.
- Define the purpose and scope of each Knowledge Pack, making it easy to target use cases such as Financial analysis, Contract Requirements, Bids, Compliance, or HSEQ.
- Control access through sharing the Knowledge Pack with persons.

Using Knowledge Packs in Omega Chat
End-users access Knowledge Packs directly through Omega 365 Chat. By selecting available packs, users can start AI-driven conversations powered by OpenAI’s advanced models, getting answers enriched with natural language understanding and contextual reasoning.
