Based at Omega 365’s headquarters in Ølensvåg, Vik has spent the past two decades building strong experience in software development and user-oriented client projects for Omega 365. He has played a key role in establishing Omega 365 offices internationally and holds an academic background from the University of Bergen, with studies in computer science, statistics, mathematics, management, and psychology. 

Vik has served as Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Omega 365 Software and previously held the position of Department Manager at Omega 365 Solutions (now Omega 365 Norway). He was also a board member of Omega 365 Group from 2023 to 2025. 

Trusted leadership for a new phase

During a transitional period, Vik will combine his new role as General Manager with his responsibilities as Chief Product Officer.

Vik’s motivation for applying for the role was the desire to continue shaping the development of the company he has been part of for two decades. 

“My goal is to facilitate continued growth, clear direction, and success through collaboration, especially during the transition from Pims to the Omega 365 platform. We are entering a phase that will be both highly motivating and demanding, and I look forward to working closely with great colleagues,” he says.
