Elisabeth Silde is a Section Manager at Omega 365 Protek, where her work spans everything from technical planning and geomatics to land-use planning, architecture, interior architecture, and landscape architecture. She works closely with both colleagues and clients and is committed to facilitating strong processes, professional collaboration, and holistic solutions. In her day-to-day work, Elisabeth primarily handles building permit applications and zoning matters, and she especially enjoys following projects from the early planning stages through to completion.

Elisabeth holds a degree in Civil Engineering in Construction from the University College of Stavanger. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, and before joining Omega 365 in 2007, she worked for the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency (formerly the Norwegian Defence Construction Service). There, she gained experience from projects at military installations in Southern and Western Norway. She has also worked for several years in Etne Municipality with building permits, operations, maintenance, and planning, and spent a period working on construction and zoning cases in Vindafjord Municipality.

What she appreciates most about Omega 365 Protek is the sense of community and collaboration – and the opportunity to follow projects from early planning to completed solutions. A recent highlight is Suldal Nursing Home, developed by skilled colleagues, which recently received an architecture award for excellence in building design; a project she recommends everyone take a look at.

In her free time, Elisabeth enjoys staying active and spending time with her family. She is just as comfortable skiing as she is hiking in the mountains and enjoys spending time at her cabin in Vågslid
