New General Manager for Omega 365 Denmark

Continued growth
Under Håheim’s leadership, Omega 365 Denmark has seen steady growth, prompting the office to move to a new location in April 2023. The move was made to accommodate an expanding team and ensure better access to clients and partners.
“It has been a privilege to see the Copenhagen office grow into an important part of Omega 365’s global network. I am confident that Bjarne will continue to develop the team and further strengthen our presence in the market,” says Ståle Håheim, who is now starting a new role as Business and Development Lead for the Europa region in Omega 365.
Since first opening its doors in 2019, the Copenhagen office has grown to around 24 employees, including a mix of system engineers and business analysts. The team is expected to expand further in the months ahead, with new roles in development and project management being opened to meet the needs of a growing client base.
“Ståle has played an important role in developing our office and building a strong team spirit. I look forward to continuing this work and exploring new opportunities for growth,” says Bjarne.
Contributing to global projects
From its base in Denmark, the team has contributed to several large-scale international initiatives. Through its expertise in the Omega 365 system, Omega 365 Denmark has supported offshore wind projects in the United Kingdom, Taiwan, Korea, Italy, and the United States; other projects include mining operations in Germany, pharmaceutical companies in Denmark and Switzerland, and battery production in Sweden.
Close collaboration with colleagues across the Omega 365 Software organization has been key to these deliveries, from implementation and training to ongoing support. In 2025, the Copenhagen office was also added to the group’s ISO certification scope, achieving ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001certification, further strengthening its position as a reliable partner for both national and international clients.
