Service, collaboration, and growth in focus

Last week, Omega 365 Consulting managers from Ølensvåg, Stavanger, Bergen, Oslo, and Haugesund gathered at our HQ in Ølensvåg, Norway. These managers play a key role in supporting our 1,000 consultants, ensuring they have the guidance and resources needed to deliver excellent results for our clients.

During the gathering, managers collaborated with colleagues from the Service Centre, the first in line of support for consultants, Omega 365 Admin, and other support functions to align efforts across the organization. Together, the group focused on key priorities such as service excellence, international expansion, exploring new markets, and creating synergies with our software organisation.

Bringing our managers together strengthens coordination and helps maintain a consistent, high-quality experience for both consultants and clients. It also provides a valuable opportunity to connect, share insights, and foster collaboration across offices.
