The importance of reporting incidents

At Omega 365, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment is a shared responsibility. Reporting workplace incidents—whether they result in accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions—is a critical part of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) strategy.

Incident reporting helps us identify hazards and errors, analyze their root causes, and implement preventive measures. Even near misses, which may seem minor, are valuable learning opportunities that can prevent future accidents. 

What should be reported?

  • Injuries: Any harm to team members, clients, or visitors.
  • Near misses: Events that could have caused unwanted incidents but didn’t.
  • Unsafe conditions or behaviors: Anything that could lead to an accident or unwanted incidents.

How to report
To report an incident, open the Timesheet/Expenses dropdown menu on omega.omega365.com and select Register Incident. Your contribution is important in promoting a safer working environment!
