Together in Ølensvåg and structured for growth
During the meeting, the team shared knowledge, discussed challenges, and explored some exciting opportunities ahead.
This was my first quarterly leadership meeting as General Manager. A shared understanding in the room was that we are better organized than ever, and that gives us confidence going forward.
We have built a unique, integrated SaaS platform. We have strong key resources in place. And most importantly, we have the right people — managers, delivery-focused developers, solution consultants, and a strong supporting organization around them.
A key subject was also - 'what types of resources will the market need in the future'. It's always hard to predict, especially the future. Still, some things are quite clear.
Understanding our customers' needs will always be key. Understanding what our product can actually do for those customers is just as important. Combine that with the ability to code and build solutions, then you have a combination that is hard to match! The capability of coding is not becoming less important, I think, it's becoming more valuable. It's part of what us agile, relevant and competitive.
Omega 365 now consists of 24 products. We walked through status and priorities across all of them. We challenged ourselves on how to make our demos and customer presentations even sharper. We reviewed key sales and marketing initiatives and discussed how we can work smarter across teams.

A key topic in the meeting was what resources the market will need in the future.
We also spent time on customer feedback — because improvement always starts with listening. Staying close to our customers and users is is essential, that's how we've successfully evolved our products over the last 25 years.
Then in the middle of our sessions, we received some great news!
In the middle of our session, we followed the live stream from the board meeting of Helse Sør-Øst. We sat together and listened, as they concluded: Omega 365 will be rolled out for property management, operations, maintenance and development across around three million square meters of hospital buildings.
One of our account managers even sent a photo of us gathered and listening to the decision to the customer. A shared moment in a great partnership that is just getting better.
Receiving that news during our gathering was more than good timing, it was deserved. A real opportunity to celebrate what our teams achieve together, we only wish we could have all our employees gathered at these moments.
For me, the biggest takeaway from those two days is market trust. New customers are choosing Omega, and existing are expanding their usage. This is a great confirmation that our products are mature and our organization is ready.
A big thank you to all the leaders and their teams across Norway who are stepping up and making this possible. We wrapped up the gathering with strong momentum, team spirit, and leaders ready to continue challenging themselves, all backed by a super organization.
Now we continue the work - supporting existing customers, implementing our systems for new ones!
