The handover takes place exactly one year after the agreements were signed on 12 December 2024, marking the completion of a year-long construction period. The building comprises four floors with a total area of just over 1,800 square metres.

Around 100 offices will be located across three of the floors. In addition, the building includes meeting rooms, kitchen facilities, and a gym. Move-in is scheduled to begin in January.

Omega 365 Core and Omega 365 Software will be the first to move into the new premises. The building is an extension of the headquarters in Ølensvåg, where the company has seen steady growth over several years.

With the handover completed, the project now enters its next phase, focusing on preparing the building for employees and daily operations.
