Initially created for use at last year’s Project Controls Expo, the template is designed to be versatile, making it suitable for presentations, career fairs and sales-focused scenarios. Additionally, these customer stories will be displayed in offices to provide team members and visitors with insights into the impactful work being done. 

Customer stories are an effective way to demonstrate the value of our solutions and share success stories with clients and collaborators. To make the process simpler, the template is available in two formats: an InDesign version for professional customization and a Word version for easy drafting. Contributors can fill out the Word template and send it to Omega 365 Design for final formatting in InDesign. If you have an image to accompany your customer story, please include it, or the team can assist in sourcing one. 

The templates can be downloaded from the Document Register under Customer Story Template. By filling in the Word template, anyone can contribute to creating compelling customer stories that highlight successful deliveries. These stories will also be used across various communication channels to amplify their reach.
