Teams contributed at global events, including the Omega 365 Software Conference in Calgary and discussions on the future of construction in Brisbane. Employee exchanges to Australia, visits to consultants in Singapore and the Middle East, the construction of the new HQ in Ølensvåg, Norway, and teambuilding activities around the world reflected a focus on connecting and developing a growing global team of over 2,200 colleagues.

Recognition came in several forms, including awards for inclusion efforts and exhibition stands, as well as impressive independent benchmarking of the Omega 365 platform. Most importantly, customers across all business areas placed trust in Omega 365 and provided constructive feedback, partnering to achieve their organizational goals in 2025. Consulting secured long-term contracts with some of Norway’s largest energy companies and entered new markets with big potential. Software welcomed over 50 new clients. Subsea partnerships were activated in projects worldwide; results that provide motivation to continue improving and delivering value in the year ahead.

All Omega 365 employees share a commitment to innovation, service, and creating value for customers, whether through software development, consulting, subsea services, engineering teams, design and communication strategy, or project and asset management solutions.

With 2026 shaping up to be another exciting year, the focus remains on understanding customer challenges, ambitions, and needs, and using expertise, software, AI, equipment, and relationships to provide practical and innovative solutions. At the same time, investment continues in Omega 365’s people and a culture that encourages inclusion, and continuous improvement.
