Meet the Team: Marianne Dalaker Miljeteig

From contracts and framework agreements to CV coordination and event planning, the days at Omega 365 Consulting’s Service Center move quickly and cover a bit of everything for Marianne Dalaker Miljeteig.

Marianne joined Omega 365 Consulting in February last year and recently celebrated her one-year anniversary. She brings with her a background in administration from Vindafjord Municipality, as well as experience as a former travel coordinator.

At the Service Center, Marianne supports department managers and IT consultants. She handles employment contracts, follows up on subcontractors and consultants, and manages qualification and follow-up processes for dynamic framework agreements within the IT segment.

Marianne also coordinates CVs and customer responses across the IT and multi-technical segments, including KPI follow-up. She is also involved in organizing Omega 365’s annual Autumn Dinners, along with several upcoming Advantage events.

What Marianne enjoys most about her role is the variety. No two days are the same, and there are always new challenges to tackle. She also appreciates her fantastic colleagues, the fast-paced environment, and the unique team spirit.

In her spare time, Marianne enjoys spending time with her family, working with horses, active dog training, and taking care of the family farm.
