The topic of the meeting was the company's plan for the way forward, focusing on organization and strategy. After a welcome session at the hotel, the new organizational structure and strategic plan were presented to all the managers. Following a break, participants continued with group work. The day concluded with stand-up comedy by Rune Bjerga, followed by dinner and a social gathering in the evening.

During the meeting, the department managers also had the opportunity to present their departments. Later, the results from the group work were presented. Petter Aalvik, the CEO of Omega 365, was also present and concluded the meeting with a presentation about Omega 365.
