Online portal at Berg-Hansen

Better visibility into our travel patterns can support more cost-efficient travel and provide a stronger foundation for future agreements with airlines and other suppliers, says Ingun Weltzin from Omega 365 Admin AS.
The Berg-Hansen online travel portal is ready for use and should be used when booking business travel.
The portal applies to Omega employees and consultants, but consultants who are required to follow the client’s routines for purchasing travel should continue to do so. As a result, permanent employees and consultants are subject to different travel policies. The applicable travel policies are available in the employee handbook and in Berg-Hansen’s online portal.
On Monday, January 5, Berg-Hansen sent an email titled “Password to Berg-Hansen” with instructions on how to access the portal.
Please follow the steps in that email to activate your user account.
By using the portal, Omega 365 employees gain access to our negotiated travel benefits.
In addition, consistent use of the portal enables Omega to further reduce costs by strengthening future agreements with airlines and other suppliers. Please note that Berg-Hansen provides business travel services only, so this option cannot be used for private trips

Omega 365 has also established a team of travel assistants who are trained in the portal and available to support employees during the booking process. Their goal is to help you become confident in using the portal independently for future bookings.
In addition, the online portal supports Omega 365’s emergency preparedness by enabling the emergency team to maintain an overview of employee locations in the event of unforeseen situations.
