Strategy and customer satisfaction in focus in Oslo

Management Advisor Arne Jon Myskja introduced Omega 365's Global Software Business Strategy, outlining the company’s revised vision, mission, key goals, and growth drivers.

“Now, the focus is on bringing this strategy to life.”
The strategy is now being implemented at the department level across locations, with a strong focus on delivering on key goals.

Client managers shared insights on improving products and advancing industry standards and customer satisfaction.
The Pims R5 Cross-Company Forum — a collaborative meeting place for clients using Pims R5 — was highlighted as a key arena where customers, together with Omega, are actively shaping future solutions, demonstrating a strong commitment to collaboration and industry leadership.
“The Cross-Company Forum for Pims R5 exemplifies how our clients are enthusiastic, active contributors to the evolution of project management solutions. Their willingness to work together with us is instrumental in establishing a unified industry standard that enhances efficiency across the energy sector,” explained Tor Erling Lunde, Business Development Manager for Omega 365.
Lunde also encouraged the establishment of similar forums for other client groups to further drive innovation across the company’s solutions platform.

Innovation in IoT
The group also explored the latest developments in the Internet of Things (IoT) and its applications.
“We are making rapid advances in IoT and continuously exploring applications in close collaboration with our subject experts and customers,” said BIM Department Manager and IoT lead, Per Olav Stenberg.
“It’s exciting to see how these innovations can drive meaningful improvements in our BIM product.”

340 in Europe and growing
General Manager Svein Tore Haraldseid and Business Development Manager Ståle Håheim shared updates on Omega 365 Solutions’ expansion into Europe along with key clients in the region, emphasizing the company’s rapid growth and ongoing need for talent.
“We are now over 340 team members in Omega 365 Software in Europe. With 36 new hires so far this year, we are strengthening our capabilities but are always looking for skilled professionals to help us move forward,” Haraldseid said.
The company's strong growth trajectory continues, driven by increased demand for Omega 365’s software solutions across European markets.
