Rafting challenge brings our France team together

Omega 365 Software in France traded their office for paddles and helmets during a teambuilding day at the Stade d’Eaux Vives in Pau, home to the team’s local office, where a man-made whitewater course is designed for rafting and kayaking on the Gave de Pau river.
“It was the perfect setting to challenge ourselves, bond beyond the office,” says Jean-François Caron, General Manager of Omega 365 France.
The facility, developed with support from local Olympic legend Tony Estanguet, a key figure behind Paris 2024, is known for combining sport, innovation, and collaboration.
With warm weather and water temperatures at 24°C, the group took to the rafts for a fast-paced experience on the rapids.
“It was the perfect setting to challenge ourselves, bond beyond the office, and paddle in unison toward a common goal,” says Jean-François Caron, General Manager of Omega 365 France.
