Strengthening connections in Dubai

The visit, which took place from April 7 to 11, included Department Managers Helene Haukland, Trond Aarsland, and Johannes Eide. Having also visited Dubai in November 2024, the team emphasized their focus on maintaining close contact throughout the year.
“Our main goal for the trip was to meet with our colleagues on assignment, providing support while also strengthening our relationships with clients and partners,” says Haukland.
Workplace visits and client meetings
Throughout the week, the team visited several consultants at their workplaces, with Omega 365 Consulting currently having 12 consultants in Dubai across two clients and three projects. The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects.
To further strengthen relationships outside the workplace, the team hosted a dinner at Shimmers, a beachside restaurant overlooking the iconic Burj Al Arab. Guests enjoyed a Greek-Mediterranean sharing menu in a relaxed setting that fostered conversations and connections.
“It was a valuable opportunity to meet our consultants outside the work environment. We had many meaningful discussions and enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere,” says Haukland.
Sunset cycling along Kite Beach
On Wednesday, a group of colleagues invited the team on a bike ride along Kite Beach’s promenade, offering a scenic and informal way to connect as the sun set over the coastline.
“We appreciated the initiative — it was a great way to experience the city and spend time with our colleagues in a different setting,” Haukland adds.
International opportunities
The visit to Dubai highlights Omega 365 Consulting’s continued commitment to close follow-up and personal engagement with team members and partners across the globe. In addition to consultant positions in Norway, Omega 365 Consulting offers exciting career opportunities in many parts of the world — including the Middle East — for those seeking international experience.
“We see the Middle East as a region full of exciting opportunities for future projects,” says Haukland.
