The visit provided Klaipėda University students with an opportunity to gain insights into the IT field while highlighting Omega 365’s focus on collaboration and innovation.

The students were welcomed with a program designed to provide insights into Omega 365's operations and culture. General Manager Vadim Narožnij, along with Product Managers Dmitrij Derkač and Modestas Dromantas, as well as, Software Engineering Expert Aleksandr Narožnij, presented the company’s global impact, innovative tools, and student engagement opportunities. The program concluded with a virtual tour of Omega 365’s Lithuania office, offering a glimpse into the workplace.

The visit also gave students the chance to interact with Omega 365 representatives, ask questions, and build connections. They participated in an interactive quiz and enjoyed snacks and informal conversations. 

Collaborating for the future 

Omega 365 Lithuania’s collaboration with Klaipėda University extends beyond this visit, highlighting its support for education and talent development. As part of this partnership, General Manager Vadim Narožnij announced plans to sponsor prizes for the university’s mathematics Olympiad.
