With the foundation slab and ring wall now completed, the base of the building is in place. The prefabricated concrete elements and hollow-core slabs for the first floor have been delivered in stages, and assembly has been completed over the past few weeks. Next week, the second floor will begin to rise, and by mid-June the structural elements are expected to be in place.
