Omega 365 Software in Stavanger is one of the company’s largest development hubs, where teams develop project management tools for industries including oil and gas, energy, infrastructure, and construction. 

After a brief introduction, the group jumped right into a variety of activities. Divided into four teams, participants competed in axe throwing, sumo wrestling, tug-of-war, a hammering challenge, and more. A lively points system kept everyone engaged—bonus points were awarded for cheering on teammates, while arguing with the instructor meant losing ground. 

The day concluded in Stavanger with dinner at Delicatessen, where the teams relaxed over tapas after an active afternoon. 

“All in all, it was an enjoyable evening focused on team spirit, collaboration, and getting to know our colleagues better,” says Trygve Ålbotsjord.
